    • 2 Tbsp of Baraka Custard Powder
    • 3Tbsp of the Milk in a Dry Bowl
    • 2-3 Tbsp. Sugar to 2 Cups Milk

    Preparation

    • Blend 2 Tbsp of Baraka Custard Powder with 3 Tbsp of the Milk in a Dry Bowl.
    • Add 2-3 Tbsp. of Sugar to 2 Cups of Milk in a Saucepan.
    • Once brought to a light boil, add the Baraka Custard mixture to the saucepan and continue to stir until desired consistency.

    Ingredients

    • Your choice of Lamb,Beef or Chicken
    • 2 Tsp of chopped onions
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 6 Tsp of olive oil
    • 10 Tsp of mixed spices
    • 4 Tsp of coriander
    • 3 Tsp of turmeric powder
    • 2 kg of Baraka Brand high quality “Freekeh”

    Preparation

    • Freekeh is a traditional Middle Eastern food made from green durum wheat. It is cooked with stock with roasted or pan seared lamb, beef, or chicken on top. It can also be made as a soup.
    • Rinse your choice of lamb, beef or chicken
    • Soak Baraka Freekeh in water. Drain it and stir with olive oil on medium heat. Add onion, and keep stirring until Freekeh dries a bit.
    • Add spices (mixed spice, turmeric powder and coriander. the chicken stock (1.5 cm above the level of Baraka Freekeh).
    • Fry the chicken pieces and add them to Baraka Freekeh on the side and garnish with fried almonds and pine seeds. Serve with yogurt.

    • ½ Can Baraka Grape Leaves drained and washed
    • 1 Cup Medium Baraka grain rice
    • 1 Small onion diced
    • 2 Tablespoons Baraka olive oil
    • 2 Medium tomatoes finely choppeds
    • ½ Cup Chopped parsley
    • 1 Tablespoon Baraka Dried mint
    • 2 Garlic cloves crusheds
    • 2 Tablespoons Baraka Pomegranate molasses
    • 1 Teaspoon Salt
    • ½ Teaspoon Baraka Pepper, Baraka cumin powder, Baraka hot chili pepper

    Preparation

    • Prepare filing ingredients and combine well

    • Prepare the Baraka Grape Leaves with the vine side up.
    • Stuff the leaves, fold sides over and roll closed.
    • Arrange the grape leaves over potato slices in a pot
    • Place fresh lemon wedges or pour lemon juice on top.
    • Cover with broth or water
    • To hold Grape Leaves down while cooking, and avoid unwrapping, The leaves should be compressed down with lid smaller than the pot used.
    • Bring to light boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
